Whisky Tasting Greenwich
We love whisky here about as much as we love wine. If you too appreciate a good Scotch, Bourbon or indeed any type of whisky, then it is certainly time to book yourself on to our whisky tasting!
Otherwise known as 'the water of life', whisky production goes back many years, and has developed into many different styles across many different countries.
Over the course of the evening we will go through how to taste whisky, the different production methods, what makes a Whisky different to other spirits, and the effect of different types of aging. And learn what the difference is between whisky and whiskey.
While each tasting will vary, we will taste at least some of the following:
- Single malt Scotch (Highland, Speyside, Lowland, Islay, Campbeltown)
- Irish whiskey
- American Bourbon
- Japanese Whisky
- Other International examples
Included in the tasting will be at least six whiskies, ISO glasses, tasting notes and some canapes to go with.
The Whisky tasting workshop would also make a great present, and can be purchased a Gift Voucher.
